Despatch & Deliveries Policy

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed in approximately 5-10 business days. The products bought on Fidda & Katina will be delivered to an address in Australia which Australia Post accepts.

Fidda & Katina does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated above. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by Australia Post to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

We are responsible for your purchase until it leaves our facility. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend you insure your items – insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged, we cannot provide a refund.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file a claim with Australia Post. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.

We ensure that every shipment sent out from our facility meets or exceeds our quality of standards before shipment. Once the package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.


Fidda & Katina shall be not liable for any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, non-delivery or for any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery or non-delivery caused by:

a) the act, default or omission the shipper or consignee or any other party who claims an interest in the shipment.

b) the nature of the shipment or any defect, characteristic, or inherent vice thereof.

c) violation by the shipper or consignee of any term or condition stated herein including, but not limited to, improper or insufficient packing, securing, marking or addressing, mis-describing the contents of any shipment or failure to observe any of these rules relating to the shipments not acceptable for transportation whether such rules are now or hereafter promulgated by Fidda & Katina or it’s vendors.

d) Acts of God, perils of the air, enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority or law, acts or omission of postal, customs or other government officials, riots, strikes, or other local disputes, hazard incidents to a state of war, weather conditions, temperature or atmospheric changes or conditions, mechanical or other delay, of any aircraft used in providing transportation services or any other cause reasonably beyond the control of Fidda & Katina.

e) Acts or omissions of any postal service, forwarder, or any other entity to whom a shipment is tendered by Fidda & Katina for transportation, regardless of whether the shipper requested or had knowledge of such third party delivery requirement.

f) Electrical or magnetic injury, erasure, or other such damage to electronic or photographic images or recordings in any form, or damage due to insects or vermin.

While Fidda & Katina will endeavour to exercise its best efforts to provide expeditious delivery in accordance with regular delivery schedules, Fidda & Katina will not under any circumstances be liable for delay in pickup, transportation or delivery of any shipment regardless of the causes of such delay

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order as we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are not insured by default, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select that service upon checkout.
