Returns
Please contact us via the contact page to initiate a return and we'll be in touch to provide you with the next course of action. You can return an item with your proof of purchase for a full refund, including shipping, if you:

•    Received a damaged and/or faulty item
•    Received an item that was not part of your order

Please note that no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, found the product cheaper elsewhere, found a better product elsewhere, were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product (such as if the fault was written on the product's tag, or for online purchases, indicated in any photos or descriptions of the item online), damaged the product by misusing it or used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.

Exchange
Fidda & Katina allows you to exchage a product that you are not satisfied with. This can be excanged with another product up to the same value within 15 days from the date of purchase. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with a copy of your order or invoice includeded in your packaging.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from its shipping date.

Please note, delivery and service fees are non-refundable.

Warranty
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Fidda & Katina.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Fidda & Katina (the "Physical Goods").

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Fidda & Katina is 12 months from the date of purchase.
We are confident in product craftsmanship and in the unlikely event your item needs repairing, we provide an additional 12 month warranty on the replacemnt parts and Physical Goods.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Fidda & Katina will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Shipping costs are not covered under the warranty policy.

What will we do to correct problems?
Fidda & Katina will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

What happens if Fidda & Katina cannot repair my item?
In the unlikely event that Fidda & Katina cannot repair your item, a new one will be sent to you. In the case the product no longer exists we can exchange this for another item which is the same in value or offer a refund for the damaged product. 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by, but not limited to:
•    Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
•    Changes in appearance due to everyday wear and tear of the jewellery
•    Improper use and careless handling of the jewellery
•    Loss of the jewellery is not covered under warranty
